I have a brand new Mk 5 that has only been taken out of the box to look through. Never mounted. Didn't notice till I took it out of the box that it was a Mil scope. Scope was a gift. Only selling to replace with the same thing in MOA. 1950 shipped obo

Yes optics are painful That's why I'm still running my March The scope you have listed may be as good I'd bet as mine

You'll be sorry. I'm old, it's a lot easier to remember 9.2MILS for the setting on my 308 rather than 34 MOA. not quite a full turn on a mil scope and two full turns plus on a moa. Plus it's something new to figure out. Actually very interesting if I can do it anyone can.

me too! once i switched to mils i can count all my drops with my fingers and toes! It was a little bit of re-training my brain, but now there are no linear units that every enter my brain when figuring a solution...just one unit...mil in the glass...mil on the dial...done. Wont go back if i can help it.
