maybe maybe notYou aren't fighting that war with 22LR. And ain't no one going to be running a press when the rockets are going off, if you can't walk away with it it's not useful.
If you're serious about being serious, you already have a stash for real work.
I received the same email message. not sure how or if it has anu impact on the question.I just got an email from them . maybe this has something to do with the powder supply .
Dear Valued Customer, Thanks to you, we've experienced tremendous growth in our business volume and number of products we offer. A couple of years ago, we projected we'd soon be out of space, so we started the largest project in company history. We're now in the final stages of moving our Distribution Center about 5-miles down the road to a new facility, just west of Columbia, MO.
Our new Distribution Center is 400,000 square feet, with plenty of room for expansion. The unique new NITRO Express® Shipping System we're installing consists of brand-new state-of-the-art equipment. This new system will be faster, more accurate and more efficient than our previous system.
The conveyor and product storage/retrieval speed will allow us to receive and ship products faster, meaning we'll get products in stock quicker and your orders will arrive sooner. Increased accuracy comes from precisely picking every order and verifying the correct weight with a high-tech scale to ensure no mistakes were made. Increased efficiency comes from custom building precisely sized cartons for each order, reducing the average box size by over 30%, meaning there is less room for products to shift in transit and become damaged. The remaining area (void) in the cartons is filled with one of three different types of materials, depending on the characteristics of each order, resulting in intact deliveries. We're building the best package possible – extremely accurate, efficient, and durable!
We'll be completely done with our inventory and operational transition in about 2-weeks. During that time, your order may take a few days longer than normal and we're sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
I hope you enjoy the results of our new NITRO Express® Shipping System. Thanks so much for being a valued MidwayUSA Customer!

President & CEO
Same goes for fuel! Look at how prices fell during the covid imprisonment! Nobody was buying fuel and the bottom fell out! But,,,,, sticking together is a whole other thing!I agree totally. I usually say it a little different You can accept and pay what you want or push back and don't buy what they want. Buying artificially inflated prices drives the price up. Not buying in a free market will drive the price down.
Their packaging has been going downhill the last couple of years. I had an electronic powder scale come damaged, with substandard packaging, that looked like it was used for a football by Fed EX.That's the worst packaging I've seen. I understand your frustration. I honestly have never received a package from Midway that did not come double boxed. Clearly yours was not.
Arev you sure that you want to use 296 in your .300?btw Powder Valley had powder in stock, at least some, and I scored 8# of 296. I haven't loaded with this much the past few years but I'll see if my new 300 WM likes it.
Well crap, I had a brain fart, I got 8lbs of Win 760. I will go above and correct that mistake. Thank you.Arev you sure that you want to use 296 in your .300?
I had a brain fart and named the wrong powder, I wished I could delete it.I hope that was in jest... 296 in a 300wm? 30 carbine or 44mag yup.. bottle neck rifles and 296 wouldn't do well...
