Mid-Range Berger Target VLD Performance - Pics

Got my antelope opening day and actually remembered to take a few pics of the bullet's performance.

Antelope was quartering to me, facing right. Shot went through the right front shoulder, entered the rib cage (first pic), made mush of the upper portion of the boiler room, then exited a few ribs from the back on his far side (second pic).

Not bad performance imo.

Looks like it did a pretty good job. Got some expansion but not excessive. The Berger targets have a thicker jacket than the hunting version, correct? Thanks for the report and nice shooting!
