This is one of the urban giants from Rapid City, SD. He disappeared two years ago. I'm guessing he got poached. Very distinctive rack that was well known by all the locals.

Got it, read it. It's a bit of a letdown when compared to his previous work!

I think that he is under contract to produce a book within a specific timeframe……which may verywell be a contributing factor. Though, I may be incorrect with this……hell, I may have dreamed it! memtb
