McMillan Wait Time

I believe Bob Beck with Extreme Outer Limits purchased McMillan a few years ago. If I remember correctly, he purchased McMillan and the Defiance actions a year or two later.

A gunsmith just finished a custom rifle for me and the McMillan stock came wrong color and wrong sling attachments. He said he quit them for two yrs I think because they couldn't get anything right. He added some fellow gunsmiths also quit them. Seems they still have the same issue. So he reordered. "6 months" they told him. They won't even do a rush order for their mistakes. Very unimpressive.

It was right at the start of covid so about 2 years ago or so . Then McMillan was sold I've heard to the same guy that bought barret but I can't confirm that as I haven't looked into it myself just what I was told.

Ya, the C-19 lockdowns started almost 4 years ago…kinda weird to think it was that long ago.
