The 98 Mauser has been and can be opened up to Accept cartridges such as the 375 H&H, 416 Rigby, etc and in repeater form. If you are will to spend the money to open one up enough then yes it can be done,but probable cheaper to go with another action that does not need as much time and work to open to the correct diemensions
