I have a brand new unused M700 or Clone SA, never even put an action in it MUC in Carbon with gray specks on it. The stock weighs 18oz and was made for a 2 contour barrel. I feel certain a 3 or 2b would fit in it very easily. It's a SA BDL set up. 14" LOP. I had this in mind to change an Edge stock out from a rifle I own. I just changed my mind. It's just sitting in my safe.
