+1 for the V3. I've used it on every load development day since I got it and have never had an issue with the velocities.

Only issue so far has been user error, apparently I hadn't tightened it down enough and it fell off after ~20 shots (no damage), but that has only happened once out of probably 75 uses.

I have had mine for over a year and have no complaints. It works great!
