Magic Sign to stop trespassers!

It is if i had been dancing naked on your property before you bought it 😉
Uhmm I don't speak stupid soo well. So I'm going to say that if locals have been using that property before some one else decided that as a right of way than you would have a conflicting interest. Ok Guinness

I'll stop before this goes the wrong way, as you didn't seem to understand my point.

What the heck does Guinness have to do with this? I do love the beverage but fail to see its relevance here.

Sorry yes Guinness is a very good beverage. It was meant to be a dig at one's intelligence. Sorry maybe I shouldn't have done that. I apologize.

Weed burner actually burns weeds off the wire. I ONCE backed into one with sweaty T Shirt. I thought my horse kicked me in back! Took me to my knees. It is freaking BRUTAL!!!
Oh snap I peed on a sunflower once that was somehow connected to one. Wasn't my best day. I was clearing weeds in the fence line.

Okay maybe their needs to be some clarification on right of way. If you buy property that includes a main road does that give you to the right to shut down that road because it crosses the boarder of your property?

And people will not respect that the corner of road belongs to you . Trust me I've been through it.

I'm confused. So are you saying kids on the OP's property should just get a legal easement to continue to trespass on his land?

In MT, big swaths of timber company land that was previously open to hunting is slowly getting sold to private land owners. As one could imagine the no trespassing and posted signs are popping up. It sucks as far as public land hunting goes, but I'm on the side of the land owner as I'm a land owner myself.

Here's a funny, but true, story along the lines of the OP.

Many years ago, my buddies and I were fishing along a stream that wound its way through a dense wooded area. We were just a few hapless guys enjoying the day as we moved along the bank.

All of a sudden, a naked man is standing above me on the bank with all of his glory hanging out. He starts yelling at me for trespassing. The guy looks and sounds deranged, but I wasn't looking for an argument and had no idea whose property I may have walked upon. I told the guy that I was happy to move on but couldn't help but ask where his cloths were. The guy tells me that he just jumped out of the hot tub. Interesting I thought, because there wasn't a house or structure anywhere around. We got the H out of there. LOL

When there is an insane Pit Bull trying to rip your face off you will leave and stay out! Remember I Live in Kentucky and I'm zoned A-1
you don't want a dog like him in town

I had a nice farm land. A patch of wild plums. About 50 yards from a public road. Delicious! But as they ripened they were suddenly gone! I started watching and found an entire family wife husband and three teenagers. I saw their car parked on the shoulder.

I approached them and told them this was my land. Private property! And leave! They, all of them indignantly screamed at me! They loudly stated that this was their plum patch and they had been picking them for years, and they had the right! Refused to leave.

I called the police and they also screamed at the police that it was their plum patch. The cop explained that they were trespassers and told them to leave or be arrested. I asked that he get their IDs and they were refusing to even do this, but began to make sense and they left, screaming and a lot of cursing.

It is hard to be a cop.
