I could not use the short action on a remage barrel from criterion. It did not work.

kaseyfied, I could be wrong here, and if so I do apologize, but there is no obvious extractor cut as you may see with a Pre64 M70 for example.

It's just cutting the relief a bit bigger for the extractor to clear the breach

.705 bolt nose recess is all that are required for the mack extractor built tons of rifles with their actions. I have tons of their barrel tenon prints laying around that haven't been thrown away yet lol
