M77 338 RCM to 300 PRC

Is this feasible by a simple barrel change? Have a 6.5 PRC and that round will load and feed through the M77. Does that mean the magazine and bolt face are compatible? Appreciate comment or information! Thanks, in advance

Measure the mag box, I doubt a 300 PRC will fit.

I'm lost...
The .338 RCM is a short action cartridge...far as I know, the M77 Hawkeye (in .338 and .300 RCM) was only sold as short action.

Yours is a long action?
