Always wanted to try possum, but they are so ugly,I just can't seem to get the nerve up. Tried woodchuck 1 time. It will keep a person from starving, but it will never replace lasagna.

It's OK that they are ugly. You are eating it not sleeping with it. Right?

OK, the hillbilly side of my family may be coming out a little bit here. Opossum is actually pretty good. But coon fat gravy makes my stomach roll a little. Only ate coon one time in my life, and it came up in less than thirty minutes. It tasted a lot worse coming up. That and seagull are two things I will probably never eat again. @ Victor3Ranger1, Seagull probably tastes like chicken butt hole, but I have no intentions of confirming that.
