LRI barrel fluting question

Fluted barrels look petty, and each there own. I will stay with unfluted barrels. Others can do as they want.

Fair enough--- have you ever had a barrel that shot well before fluting and not after? Just wondering if your opinion is based off experience or from info from others?

Anyone know which fluting style that lri does removes the most weight from a heavy barrel?

Except they only show pattern "A" and "B" -- yet there are many fluting patterns-- this is why I asked in the first place
