That sounds like the perfect excuse to buy a barrel tuner and see if you can tighten up that group. I've never heard of an ES of 1 for 10 shots. You have your brass prep and reloading figured out!
Lol, no, Lapua had the brass prep down, it was new brass. Load was too warm, backed it off from 3155 to 3105fps and life was good.
There is no doubt that barrel would have benefitted from a tuner, if I shot groups with the magneto hanging on the end of it, they were fantastic. Pull it off, groups were still good, but not stellar.
