It's not about disagreeing. You made a lot of questions based off of something I never said making those questions Illogical. And if I tried to argue those questions when they have no base then my argument would be just as illogical because I'am not actually arguing anything that makes sense.

well I cant provide any test data but I can tell you while in the corps I used a m-40A1 with a Unertl 10x and it always performed well while there was a few other optics in use I never used one

So........ Back to what I think this discussion was wanting to be about. I sent in a millet that came on a gun that I bought. Scope has a bent tube. Sent it in they identified the problem and returned the scope without fixing it. Offered to sell me another scope at a discounted price. (discount was crap as I could buy it cheaper at a few stores)
Scope was branded millet who is owned by Vista outdoors that also owns Bushnell. I have spoken with them twice about their repare policy. This is one case that I wish it was a Leupold or vortex. I have sworn off Bushnell /millett/vista. And will not buy from them again. Not because I don't like their products but because there are comparable quality and priced products on the market with better warranties.
I don't have the receipt but I had to return a leica spotter a couple years ago for a scratched front lense. They replaced it and charged me $500 for replacing a lense. That scope was immediately sold and my geovids will not be replaced by anything made by leica. Great glass /products but for the price there are comparable products on the market that have better warrantees. Leica will never get another $1 from me.
