looking for someone who can enlarge a MOV file

Just got back from a hunt and have a 21,630 KB MOV file taken with a cell phone. Wanting to enlarge to see where exactly the bullet impacted. Anyone out there who can help?

Does you phone not allow you to zoom in on the video? Or maybe watch it on a large tv?

The Iphone - not large enough to tell.
Attempt it on monitor but just can't tell.

Depends on the MOV quality setting. Is it 1080 @60fps or 4K@24fps? 4K@30 fps? 4K@60 fps? Anything less, it will be doubtful to decent definition.
