Another vote for Tikka Varmint 223- Stupid Accurate, awesome trigger- Sub 1/2 MOA 5 shots groups are "normal"- here is load development I did last night. Shoots almost as well with Black Hills 77 HPBT. I own guns made from SAC, GAP and others and am super impressed with this little Tikka. Best prices I have seen are at Whittakers Guns online.

I know the ruger americans shoot, but they are horrendous.. They make rosie seem attractive.

Part of my definition of a truck gun is ugly enough to make a thief think twice!

Rosie is definitely not packable, and will likely leave your truck with a permanent tilt.

Just kidding. They are ugly but I know they are shooters. My buddy's ugly varmint shoots bug holes.
