Long range verification

Wind, maybe some spin drift and shooter error that is magnified at that distance? Only guessing at this point.
I am thinking wind, perhaps trigger pull, cant angles etc... Probably not spin drift unless we are talking full value wind of significance at 500 and beyond. Wind doesn't "blow bullets" it causes deflection which is a new vector of motion.

Can you share what the POI shift value is? Depending on inches of POI shift at 1000, with modern high twist rates and spin rates, its probably the last part of the equation to focus on. If your forward velocity is high enough, spin drift has minimal affect a bullet with significant until ELR ranges
Could also be muzzle jump with the suppressor magnifying it.

Have you had a chance to check the vertical alignment of your scope? Done a tall target test? Do you have a level on your rifle? We're very interested in finding out the issue. (I bet your scope is mounted with a slight clockwise/right cant.)
