I have a 22-250 Imp with a douglas 1 in 8 twist. It a rem 700 SA trued in a laminate tactical stock. I shoot 75 gr Amax 43 gr RL 19 @ 3525. My longest kill is 2 red fox at 900 & 910 yds. Just this weekend I got a woodchuck at 850 yds. I will admit a heavier bullet would be nice, but It weights around 12lbs and I can still watch the impact most times. My girlfriend has shot it 5 times and once she killed a chuck at 400yds and by her fourth shot she hit a 18" saw blade at 900yds. She almost put it in the 1" arbor hole in the center. I was impressed but I didn't tell her. She'll get a big head. All in all I love this caliber and the accuracy. Brass live is super and it's easy on the shoulder, ears, and wallet.
