Lite Loads

I have been looking into lite loads, it seems the go to Powder is H4895,,,, How would you make light load using what you have? Would you just use 60% and work from there? I have only been reloading about 2 years.

No this works with h 4895 not all powders if you want light loads with what you have just use the lightest bullet you have with the book min charge weight for that bullet
