Light weight clothing for cold weather

Down to +20.....hmmmm... lightweight....Shorts and t-shirt and if really needed...a hoodie? 3 days ago it was -39 here

Don't forget the Croc's.........

Seriously, I find a don't go many places without a lightweight set of rain gear. Blocks me from the wind and rain and keeps me pretty darn warm!
