Leupold VX7 vs VX6

I know the 7 was discontinued but having trouble finding any info regarding these 2 scopes. Does anybody know the main differences between these 2 models . Heard the VX6 uses the same glass as the 7 is this true ? Also read the VX6 is a totally different designed scope than the 7, can anyone shed some light...
