Some minor scuffs on the outside nothing through the paint. NO ring marks. Couple minor marks on the glass that do not affect the optical clarity in any way.It has a 30mm tube. The BDC dial is calibrated for a .308 caliber 180 grain accubond at 3245 fps. It has 1/4 moa clicks. I can provide more pics if needed.

95 grains of RL 25 in my .300 RUM.

What do you mean by not even close to accurate?

That is pretty typical velocity for a 180out of a 26" barrel 300 rum
