Let's see your Varmint rifles !

I tend to like rifles that don't kick too much. My go to P. Dog rifle is a sweet little (9lbs) Small BSA Martini, in .222 Rem. carries a Hart Stainless barrel, and likes Sierra 52-53gr HPBTs, over 4198, or BL-C2.
That's an early Simmons scope on it.
Thats a very nice rifle and unique.

Blueprinted Rem 700 w/ Douglas 1" Bull barrel 1-9" twist .243 bedded into an HS Precision stock and topped with a Sightron SIII 8-32x56. Nasty, Nasty accurate with 90gr Berger Target bt's..

My new 22-250 1/8 22" , old 6.5x55 T3 was rebarrelled with Bergara stainless 1/8 (from blank). PSE carbon E-Lite stock, Roedale 55 suppressor MDT mag and my good old Zeiss Conquest 6.5-20x50 on 20MOA rail leaves me with 38 useable MOA. Atlasworx aics floorplate and MDT mag. With 75 ELDM at 3150fps I would like to see if I get out to 1000m.

That's a sweet looking setup
Thanks, there seem to be mixed reports about the Bergara barrels. Think we had about six of them fitted in the past and only one was mediocre, others were good.
I polished/lapped the barrel a bit before shooting her . First three with 75ELDM off the hood of the Landrover. I think she will get there.

This would be my newest, 6mm AI, 27.5" .236" 8-twist Krieger, on a timed and blueprinted Stainless Savage Axis, dressed in Sharp Shooter Supply low profile benchrest stock in camo laminate, with fitted accessory rail in the forearm for bi pod use when varmint hunting, with a Vortex 15-60x52mm Golden Eagle. Shooting 108 grn Berger Elite Hunters. I built this for my beyond 500 yard rig.

My resurrected 1-10 twist Pence barreled Axis in 6BR, on another Axis, this one blued, and fitted in a Sharp Shooter Supply plain uncolored Baltic Birch laminated Varmint stock with a Zeiss Conquest MC 6.5-20x50 with Rapid Varmint reticle. I stained it with Black Walnut hulls from my back yard, it is now urethane after dry seasoning. The barrel was shot out 20 years ago as my first 6mm AI on a trued 722 Remington, after about 1100 rounds the throat on the 27.5" tube was gone, we cut 5" off the chamber end, and put the 22.5" saved barrel back in service, out to 500 yards it's my favorite rifle right now. Final load development, 62 Berger at 3500 fps.

Those Savages are both shooters, but I got to have a utility rifle so, this is my truck gun, 6mm PPC, 22" MGM Shillen Select Match 1-12 Twist Barrel TC Encore with a Burris Signature 8-32x50, with stock and action work by Steve Stranton, nice light rifle that's deadly out to about 300 yards.

I had an hour to load some test rounds and quickly test them today. So no load work up, just seat them and test fire. I didn't even clean it first so the first five are on a dirty barrel with different bullet and powder. First five go into a 0.797" group. The next three measure at around 0.377". Dented the tips while using my seater so I'll need to grind that seating stem to fit. Overall I'm satisfied for shooting off my hood with a bipod and busted rear bag. After the roads dry up and I fix the seating stem I'll test at distance. This might become my coyote rifle.
