Beautiful wood!
I know they're heavier but I sure like the wood stock and a tack driver to boot. Nice setup. Here's mine. First one is my semi custom .284 Norma Match, built on a Remington 700 long action, fitted with a 26" Bartlein #3 1-8 twist 5R barrel with a blended Hawkins Precision brake. It has a Remington special edition laminated ADL stock that's been pillar and skim bedded with Devcon. It's topped with a 4-16x44 Vortex HS-T in a set of Hawkins Precision Hybrid rings. It loves Berger 175gr Elite Hunters and RL23 in Peterson brass going 2850FPS.

I love the stock on the right, it's beautiful. Here's a sampling of mine left to right. Wby. Altitude in 6.5 CRDM (130 Accubond); Cooper Custom Classic in .243 (24" bbl). My go to bullet in that is an 85 grain Sierra HPBT for deer and chucks and a Cooper Jackson Game in .25-06 (115 Nosler for deer, 90 grain Sierra Blitzking for chucks).
