Here is my personal record for distance in the dark. A little foggy, but you get the idea! 22 Creedmoor with 75gr ELDM @ 3520fps. I use Win StaBall 6.5 and a 26" ACE Barrel with 8 twist.

Did you make the shooting sticks? I have a pair that look like those and they are the best I've used.
I did about 15 years ago, they go everywhere with me. I've shot plenty of deer off them as well. Farthest coyote off those sticks was 530 yards.

I got the idea for the sticks from varmintal.com when I had first started predator hunting. I had been hunting with a Harris bipod for a few months and the sticks were a big improvement.

Not so long range at about 100 yards. 120gr gamekings… not just for deer. Many of y'all get much bigger and prettier yotes than I see here in NC. They usually look about like these smelly things did.

No coyotes this year so far but have nailed a ton of foxes. These 2 were keepers, both big males with gorgeous fur. There was a local guy here in NY somewhere that posted a pic of a black one he had taken!! I'll share the pic cause I think it's awesome and I've never had the luck of seeing a black coyote, it is not mine though I wish it was!!!
