Excellent job, Sir.Had a good morning of hunting today. In December my favorite activity is to coyote hunt until about 10:00 am and then hunt pheasants when they head into the cover.
Called in a pair on my first set right before sunrise. Got the male but the female was into the cover before I could get a shot. Next two sets were blanks. Then I walked for roosters and shot a limit in about an hour.
Thanks, Dave.It would amaze you to see how light the colors of them is when they are washed with something like wool lite in cold water then dried before stretching them. So much of the color of them is from the fur not being really clean at this time of year.
What chamberingI killed this big male this morning at 448 yards. 110 a tip to the chest he was sitting facing me and it didn't exit, I watched it crush him in the scope he looked dead before he hit the ground.
