SOLD/EXPIRED leica and mark 4

I have had a bad couple of weeks, I ordered a leupold mark 4 6.5-20x50LRT mill dot for a guy I was doing some work for and it was stolen because my ups guy leaves stuff on the porch. The new one came last week(fully covered by insurance) but now the guy doesnt want it cause it took to long. Meanwhile I bought some leica geovids off ebay and when they came they turned out to be trinovids(no rangefinder) The lady who sold them said she is honest and it was an hones mistake but she has no money to refund me. To make a very long story just long.. I need to sell them or face divorce.

leica 10x42 trinovids 750.00
Both are brand new and never been out of the house.
