That looks more like a BDL DM stock with the recoil pad removed than a Long Range stock. I am not sure Remington ever offered a left hand version of the Long Range mode

they offered a few left handed long range models through their custom shop best friend retired from Remingtonj just before they folded after 35 yrs of employment with them
