Last One For Awhile!!!

My Rock Island 1911 got here today. This will be the last gun I get for awhile according to my wife!!!LOL I have one more rifle with my gunsmith but he's at the Shot Show. When I get that one, then I'll be able to post picks of my long range shooting rifles that I will be learning with. When I finally start shooting I'm sure I'll drive you guys crazy with questions.

I said that about scopes last week. I then ordered another one, it should be here Friday. Lol
I told the wife I needed it for a rifle, and it was on sale.
I lied, I don't have a rifle to put it on yet.

I went for 32 years and my wife always has said she didnt care what I spend on guns. That was great until I retired.....yeah not so fond of the no OT check and extra fun money. I'm in good shape and have a new rifle I have not killed anything with yet, and the last one should be arriving any time. I mentioned buying some brass the other day and she kinda got offended. Sorry babe gonna have to get used to it....its the new fixed income living. I have to say so far....not so golden years for me. LOL
