Ladder test with new brass?

If I perform a ladder test with new brass will the results be different than with fireformed brass?

Thats the one.

Having some issues with a latest so I am going to use some new brass I have prepped and see if I get different results, just wondering if I needed to fire form them first.

800 yards - that should tell me something and get that wadded-up group broken out vertically a little bit.
