Krieger build (5r or 4 groove?)

I am builing a long range 30 and would like some input from Krieger users. What are the pros and cons of 4 vs 5r in your opinion? I have ordered a 10 twist to shoot my 225 SXR's in a 30/375 but still have time to choose rifling. Please include any experience with things like cleanup, velocity, barrel life, and of course, accuracy.........thanks/Rich

I recently ordered a couple of Krieger barrels. I got 5r rifling because I had never had a 5r barrel. Based on the information I got from Krieger, that is probably as good a reason as there is.

Go with the 5R - reduced copper fouling, less pressure and more FPS....
