I stand corrected. I was thinking it was .1 all the way across. I have been dialing wind since I got mine. Really like the windage on the left. Like I said earlier, both of these are great scopes, with different features. They're pretty comparable.
Kahles has better glass in the intermittent magnification range imho. Better edge to edge clarity, contrast, and resolution for 12-18x. At the top end the kahles loses a bit of resolution and is not as good as the atacr.
Atacr controls CA better and has a larger fov throughout the magnification range.
I like the turrets and eyebox on the kahles better than the atacr.
Also like the illumination on the kahles better.
That said having used both the kahles fov is so small that it's annoying and in that regard I'd go atacr.

K525i FOV@100yds 21.7-4.4, ATACR F1 18.7-4.92.
Kahles has a little more on the bottom end, NF on the high end. Personally, I'm more likely to need it on the bottom end. However, like I keep saying, I just don't think you can decide by looking at specs. They are both great. They are also both very different behind the gun. The NF will be very familiar to most folks in the way you operate it. Kahles is different and all the controls are in a different place other than elevation. I'm thinking the changes are Love/Hate depending on the individual. I love mine, but more than one person in this world thinks I am weird.
Not trying to screw up your choices, I love my 525i for competition, but this will be the glass for my new LRH build.

Fair enough i don't use the bottom end much at all. I'll rephrase at all practical magnification for their intended use NF has the larger Fov. I had to back off to 12x in most competition with the kahles. I'm not going off specs though having used both id take the atacr despite really liking the kahles. Glass past 20x on the kahles leaves a lot to be desired for $3300 optic if I'm being honest.

No, SKMR and SKMR3 have .2 mil spacing on wind, .5 on holdovers.

I almost bought this exact same setup when I bought the k525i. Thought hard on it too, and compared them side by side. Lighter, and another fine choice. My rifle is a pig anyway, so didn't care.

I've had the ATACR 5-25, Kahles 624i and Kahles 525i.
I still have both the Kahles and for "hunting" purposes the 624i has a little more forgiving eyebox and better FOV but the glass goes to the 525i hands down!! The glass in the ATACR and the 624i were same same to my eye and the ATACR is heavier. I like the SKMR3 ALOT so the choice for me on this (I know it's not one of your options) would be the 624i. Dual duty, competition and hunting...go the 525i route.

I have a 5-25x56 ATACR and it's a keeper . My next scope will be either the 4-16x42 ATACR or a K318 , haven't used either of them.
Anyone that says a VX6HDs glass is as good as the kahles or ATACR has never looked through either.

I have three 4-16x42's, one 5-25 and one 7-35. I use the 42's on all my hunting rifles. The locked elevation, capped windage and lightest weight of the ATACRs make them excellent hunting optics. 16 power is more than enough for a hunting rifle.
