Yes and no. Around here the absolute pressure by elevation rarely changes. I get within .2 on abp just knowing elevation.

You must be in a mountainous region? Out here on the prairie I'll see a .4 in/hg swing... sometimes within an hour. We get some pretty vicious weather out here though. It can be pretty dramatic on the sinus pressure when it does that nonsense.

Oh dang, still have a lot to learn. Yeah mountains and high desert. Lots of elevation and temp change but stabile for pressure.
