Rewarding myself tonight…. I own a few hard to find bottles like this that I dip into on special occasions. I have found what I would consider a dream job, one of those that if you love what you do you never feel like you're working kind of deals. I had one of those jobs for 20 years but the sacrifice for family was too much so I retired from being an Apache pilot in our Army. My nurse practitioner wife gave me the option to stay home and be a trophy husband ha, but I've decided I'm gonna sell bougie beef to my local area. There is a company here in kansas that raises 100% Japanese Wagyu cattle and has a retail store. I love locally owned heartland businesses and love/eat a lot of this specific company's products so I took a part time sales job with them. Booth Creek Wagyu is the company. I figured I'd share that with you all as people who love quality bourbon/scotch usually have a discerning palate and enjoy premium products, such as Wagyu. Cheers!

I love double oaked, though there are few Brown and Forman products I don't like. I like old forester 1910 a lot as well, it's like a more refined double oaked for me. I actually just polished off a bottle of DO last week.
