Isn't the USA a great place to buy guns?

Well, my Dad was a Revenuer, but He left me all his guns, so I guess he wasn't all bad. But He was sure glad when he retired to get away from all the blankety-blanks who work there now.

Was a kid when the awb passed, and a young adult when it went away. Remember my 1022 had a lousy 25 round mag that wore out and not being able to get another. Also remember a lot more emphasis on pistol round power, with 10 round limits capacity wasn't as big a factor. Have watched a lot of states loose rights but technically have more federal rights now than my childhood.

Only have Canada to compare it to, and am definitely grateful to have more freedoms of guns than them. But could say that about almost every aspect of canadian society, their goose seems pretty well cooked all round.

Suppressor limitations still seem weird to me, odd that they would be regulated more than a rifle. Seems like at most a 4473 should be the extent of it. Sbr rules also a bit silly in the age of braced pistols.
