IRAY bolt thermal scope

Has anyone had any dealings with this company , A friend of mine bought a Iray bolt tl35 thermal scope and sent it back because of battery drain, company policy 5 days turn around it been 12 days , he called the company and talked to guy named Casey , he said he FEDX a new one overnight Thursday the 20th Jan said it would be their by Friday 8:00 pm . now Sat still no scope or tracking number, so much for customer service !!!!!!!!!

I got the SE 25 and it was sent back because it would freeze along with being unresponsive. There is nothing but good reviews, this is my very first thermal scope and I have probably a dozen Leupold mounted on just about every rifle we have, so I was looking for a quality item. Hoping this pans out
