I see that the barrel was rather pitted, this is what probably took the longest to fill before it shot OK.
Prior to a re-barrel, the rifle I built my Dad had a terribly pitted bore, a lot worse than yours, it took around 40-50 shots after cleaning to settle back down to it's 2MoA again.
He was pleasantly surprised that it shot well under .75MoA after the new barrel and the stock was Pillar bedded by me.
He's 76 now and still gets out after deer with me.
