Interesting tidbit on primer shortage from my old Speer manual

I thought you said it was an "old" Speer reloading manual -- this is talking about shortages In 93/94 -- that's not "old"

Funny thing is- I was in Louisiana during this period and don't remember any primer shortages or gouging
