Today I called Hornady to inquire about purchasing a couple parts for a new set if dies. Seems the hole in the expander ball for the decapping pin was way off-center and when I resized my first case the ball snapped off the spindle. The rep at Hornady had my address from a rebate and I had an e-mail from him before I got off the phone. He's sending 2 spindles, 2 decapping pins and an expander ball. My first call to Hornady and I'm comparing them with RCBS and Nikon's elite customer service. Nice to have another quality company to do business with.

Yessir i have had the same luck with hornady! Great company and great products!
I just bought a new piece to fix my Hornady die today (just before I read this post). Similar issue. I didn't even think about calling them.
