Insufficient privileges

so once post count is up and we've been here longer than 8 days, how do we go about getting our privileges granted? I'm also looking to post in classifieds and should be able to but can't.

It's not instant, the system has to update itself every few hours.

If you want instant, as @Pointer8169 mentioned you can become a Supporting member.

There is also something members want to see, substance in what you post. Posting to reach the threshold doesn't give members the warm and fuzzies, if you are buying, meh, if you are selling, they tend to be standoffish and wary.
