Inside vs outside floorplate release PTG?

Hey fellas, been reading the inside trigger bow floorplate release PTG bottom metals have flopped open under recoil.

So how about the PTG outside trigger bow floorplate release models a-la factory M700-style? Same issue?

I'd spring for a Hawkins BDL but looking at options.

I only use PTG bottom metal on all my Rem 700 builds, never had one pop open even on a 416RM.
I also use the same bottom metal on my own builds.
The obendorf style has always been my favourite hinge release.
I have had the cheap factory Rem bottom metal fail on me, which is why I throw them away.
