My buddy has a z6 2.5-15x56 b t. Model . When he was sighting it in he had to max it out to the right to be on at 100 yds but at 2-300 it still shot to the left 5-7 inches according to my friend!! While we were fiddling with it we discovered that they was only slightly over 2 complete turns of adjustment !! Left to right. Approx 2 1/4 turns!! Is this the norm for this optic or should it be more??? Help. Tribb

If you're that far off I would look at everything else in your system.

Make sure they're not adjustable rings, make sure the rings and base are mounted firm and square, etc. To be that far off usually something is screwy. If all else fails Swarovski has great warranty department, you can send it in and explain the issue and they'll happily let you know if something was up with the scope (like the mechanism that holds the reticle being mounted off of center)

It could be an issue with the scope, but I'd suspect there's something else going on before I'd jump to that conclusion. Post some more info, rifle, how the scope is mounted, if the issue persists on other scopes as well, etc.
