IMR Vs Hogdon 4350

Hodgdon's quality was never a question here.
The subject at hand relates to H4350-vs-IMR4350 temperature stability.
And so far the balance appears even with nothing really tipping the scale one way or another.

We might expect the same outcome here as a Chevy-vs-GMC truck debate(with the latest commercials affecting sales more than anything real)..

Perhaps it's an easy path to get the 6.5x284 shooting well. H4350 might be perfect for it.
And as brought up earlier, H4350, and IMR4350, have different burn rates & so different fill for any particular cartridge adjusted to tune..
There is also a possibility of group thinking(herd mentality), which generally results in little to no independent judgement. A collective intelligence inversely proportional to numbers collaborating.. /momentum

I'm sorry. What was the point again?
