Impact to tip of a critter is one I learned a lot of a bloke I admire a lot of how he approaches/looks @ different scenarios of a individual expectation's & acceptance
So I'm personally no where near as hard on peoples choices these days ( except DG as to me that should have no compromises but still room for improvement Imo ) & I try to get to understand a little more of the individual before I go & give my thoughts & thank carl I do for that
Now id like to leave out if the pill ( yes @Taco John the projectile
) dosent work as advertised by the company as that just divides us as a hunting community which to me is stupid as we should be banding together but the old brand name & love for it good or bad gets in way of reality imo which I'd like not to enter that here & more along the lines of
A fair bit has been filtering through of person A not happy with results yet backlash from person B so Let's step back clear our heads , take a breath & hopefully understand why some people are happy with a dead critter that may have taken 15/30 seconds to tip just like that 15/30 seconds is unacceptable to another individual
now impact to tip can be time & or distance so what are ones thoughts on this very subject
Mine are I want the quickest possible impact to tip over various angles
My aim is a 5 second /10 yard or less personal rule but a high bangflop ratio with no CNS shots built into that over those various angles & I need numbers to confirm this as a one off or a couple will ultimately give Murphy a opening to something I don't personally like
Now reality is definitely different to my aim but I've got some combos that can comfortably do this others are left wanting a lot & the search for me personally is one I'm still on to find the better mouse trap which I'm happy to see some companies showing real progress in raising the bar
Tomorrow looks a little interesting for this nut job but one I accept some are just happy with pills of yesterday and that i think is important to understand imo
