Large swath of Oregon, some eastern Washington, some North Kalifornia would like to become Idaho instead of their leftist controlled state.

I do think I have heard of that movement. Just hope we can keep the left wing socialists out of ID. (At least the northern part of the state as I have heard that the Boise region has had a bad infestation in recent years.)

2018 election results. Pocatello. was red but it was close. CDA was also red. Latah county was blue (Moscow) and Teton was blue along with Boise. Blaine was also blue area. Over all Idaho will stay a red state and is still a good place to live and play.

Yeah the market exploded all around here the last 5-10 years. I'm lucky to have gotten a place 3 years ago here in Eastern Oregon.

The Cascade real estate market isn't quite as nuts as the McCall area, but it's close. If we hadn't bought 5 1/2 years ago we would not be able to buy now. After several years of back and forth between Cascade and New Orleans, we sold the Louisiana property and are full-time here. Loving the area, the neighborhood, the ability to fly to the backcountry (I'm into planes as well as guns and hunting), and the lack of humidity!
