Howa 1500 stock

My brother is ordering a McMillan Game Scout for his Howa 1500 barreled long action build. It looks like essentially the equivalent of that new B&C, but my guess is it will be lighter. However the B&C is about half the cost, is drop-in ready, and comes standard with adjustable cheek piece. So, pros and cons to each I guess

I have a couple of the B&C Vanguards on my Howa's and I love them. Inexpensive, solid, good shooting stocks that fit me well. B&C brought out a couple new stocks this year for Howa/Weatherby line which gives you some different shapes. I liked the new ones too. Hard to beat B&C for an inexpensive but quality option IMO.

Now if money is no object there are all kinds of options!
