How many rifles does your wife think you own?

She knows roughly what I have. She trusts that I know what we can afford. I make sure to buy her buy her some stuff for her hobbies too. She did question me after counting powder jugs and bullets one day though.

My wife is major cheap ***. Tried to hold me to $70 a month including all my hunting tags and anything related. I have an electrical company and do some side jobs from time to time and save some of that money for hunting stuff. She can't understand why someone would need more than 1 rifle?

I tell her about every one, but that doesn't mean she has any clue that a barrel 2 months ago plus an action last month and a stock in a couple months makes a gun. But for ever 2-3 I buy for me I buy her one, and let me tell you value wise, hers are worth way more than what I've spent on mine

This is really funny! I love all the responses!
My wife knows everything I own, and she also knows my wish list. When I come across something on my list that I want and can swing it, we talk about it and most times I bring it home.
Other times, she reminds me of some pressing bill that I may have "forgotten"...

So funny! For me, less than actual. I'm fiscally responsible but figure, why explain every little thing?

As far as, "if you are deceiving, why be married?", I'd say a few extra rifles is better than one girlfriend. I know enough guys that think they are Romeo. Ask your lady which poison she'd pick.
