The pictures is hard to tell from. But the part behind the shiny brass is whats sticking out of the chamber. It looks to me like the chamber might be a little big in the back end. If you are starting to flatten the edges of primers it is not a mild load. Measure a new case with calipers about 1/4 or so above rim. Lay a piece of something I/4 thick down and stand case on end. This will allow you to repeat measurements at the same place. Now fire the case and see how much it grows. Now size it and see how much it is sizing down. I believe it is a chamber or die problem. I have 30-06 cases that look just like that; whereas, I took 50+ precise shots after seeing that condition... and I am still using them.
