How is your hunting season going so far this fall

I have had a good and bad fall humting this year .I swear my dads playing tricks with me its my first hunting season without him .I saw four huge bucks the second day of the season all acting weird .It was three coyotes after them .The day before i swear i saw a 125 poind redwolf .They cleared 5000 acres across from our farm and everythimg is on pur side of the road .I saw two nice 8 pointers today but no shots at them.I am seeing no does in my stands and i am finding pieces of does coyotes are killing .I have seen 4 coyotes and the redwolf .My brother saw a hige bobcat .My nephew got a nice 8 pointer .I am probally using my mini 14 after deer season for coyotes .Hopefully i get a buck this week they are in full rut .Good luck to all of yall stay safe get your freezer full .

Good so far! My nine year-old daughter got an 8 pointer with a crossbow. Going this afternoon to get my 7 year-old son a buck with a .308.

I got my first elk, so that's pretty great. DIY rifle hunt on public land. OTC tag.

Opportunities are still out there, but I was extremely fortunate.

Very hot here in SE Tx. Hunting has been weird, deer are really nocturnal for this time of the year. This morning was my best sit so far. 10 does and 4 young bucks sighted. Nothing I would want to take. Typically see 15-20 deer in the mornings.
Did see one mature shooter buck opening weekend in HOT pursuit of a doe, so no chance for a shot.
